We have the following machines for production of PET bottles:
- PPS-48, machine for injection molding of preforms, made by Italian producer “SIPA”, with tools for production of 17 g preforms (bottle of 0,5 l) and 32 g preforms (bottle of 1,5 l). Capacity of this machine is around 13000 preforms per hour, depending on parameters set in a cycle. The machine is equipped with all attached equipment necessary for normal operation (chiller and compressor).
- SFR-12 machine for blowing of bottles with 12 tools, made by Italian producer “SIPA”, with tools for bottles of 0,5 l and 1,5 l, with capacity of around 15000 bottles per hour, depending on parameters set in a cycle. The machine is equipped with all attached equipment necessary for normal operation (chiller and high-pressure compressor).
Line for bottling is composed of:
- ISOJET 50-60-10 filler, made by Italian producer “MELEGARI”, for filling of water into PET bottles of 0,5 l and 1,5 l, with 50 spots rinser, filler with 60 filling valves and capper with 10 capping heads. Nominal capacity of the machine is around 15500 bottles per hour.
- FUTURA N labeler machine, made by Italian producer “P.E. Labelers”, for gluing of paper labels by hot glue, with nominal capacity of 16000 bottles per hour.
- LINXS 4800, printer for date in two lines, made by an English producer.
- STARFILM RS, shrink wrapping machine, made by Italian producer “DIMAC”, for packing of 6 bottles of 1,5 l and 12 bottles of 0,5 l, with capacity of around 16000 bottles per hour.
- MDEL, automatic handle attaching machine, for packages of 1,5 l.
- PALPACK 90, automatic palletizer, made by Italian producer “KEBER”, with capacity to 20000 bottles per hour.
- HELIX HS30, automatic wrapping machine with rotating arm, made by Italian producer “ROBOPACK”.
WATER FILTERING is just mechanical, with cartridge filters of different fineness.
Rough filtering:
- first level through sintered steel cartridge filter of 5 microns,
- second level through cartridge filters of 1 micron. Microbiological filtering performed through filters of 0,2 microns.
Filter battery has a capacity over 30.000 l per hour and is situated next to the machine for filling the water into bottles.
